We’re excited that you’ve decided to come and visit us.  Here’s some information to make your first visit enjoyable whether you’re just checking us out, coming for your free lesson, or you’re ready to get started immediately.

Coming to check us out?

Just want to sit and watch on your first visit?  No problem.  Feel free to show up during any of our classes.  If you’re coming around a holiday, it’s always a good idea to phone us ahead of time to make sure we’ll be having class.

We’re a “no shoes” facility.  This helps us keep our spectator and training areas free of the bacteria, viruses and fungi typically found in many gyms.  So, as soon as you enter our facility, please take your shoes off and place them in the shoe rack to your left.

One of our coaches or parents will greet you when you come in.  Just mention that you are here to observe a class.  Feel free to sit anywhere in the bleachers.  We’ll be glad to answer any of your questions before, during, and after class.
